Per management losing money every quarter is a Win Win. This is the reason 95% of employees receive annual increases that do not keep up with inflation. Because losing is winning in Senior Management's view. Unless it applies to Senior Managements pocket of course. Next post I will explain our nonstandard counting methods used by management to claim how they are being succesfull......spoil, it's not true and they are skewing numbers.

So you left windstream then?
I got a 20,000 raise this year.
I just reviewed our 4 months of publish financials. We paid out about $30M in bonus this spring for KEIP/KERP, this is how you fail up! It's all smoke and mirrors to keep the courts happy. The bankruptcy process is totally backwards. I watching frontier go through the same thing with Judge Drain and they are playing the same broken record.
The worse you perform the more you are entitled. As a staff employee I have never been awarded for performing worse this year in my review.
If you are an executive or Director or about how does this work?
"Hey your team lost X millions of dollars last year" Lets pay you out a KERP bonus for that,
Does $100K sound good?
That’s because those are the things your local manager is rated on, and consequently so are you. But since you brought these meetings up, they are useless drivel and won’t be around much longer. You all will see most of these local guys leaving in a month or so. There is really no need for them especially considering that in a few weeks, they will have to cut probably half of the windstream employees, just a plain hard fact. Also the local guys hold there meetings during the middle of the week, which only makes sense to managers who completely distrust their employees. That should speak loudly to any WS customers who troll this blog, right!!
- and what demand job do the dispatcher give you?
Our team meetings only consist of our numbers in ETA. Always have the planner give you a bs demand job to run for 4hrs while you sit at home lol. We never once talked about upcoming projects or network performance. Only dept metrics and how we look.
