Ok hired almost 10 years ago. Never ever did this company prove true to what I was offered at hiring as far as what I was offered... bonus, stock, advancement vacation, etc all was B.S. promises and I turned down another offer with a much better respected company in this Permian basin. Agreed. Concho certainly has its issues but benefits, PTO and bonuses are NOT the problem. Management is the problem. The fact that the company is now being run by a bunch of lawyers instead of oilmen/women is the problem. Poor management decisions by the VP over my division is why I took my package.

I’ve been at this place for 10 years myself, and there’s been a few changes as we’ve gone from a smaller player to a larger corporation, but your wrong about the vacation time, wrong about the bonus’s and wrong wrong about the benefits.
