I heard it will go to lottery for my department and I have the impression many were ineligible so I’m interested and a bit scared to see who goes. I work in GDS and we only restructured a year ago, so most of the people who were both lower performers and near retirement age were swept out already. Anyone of or near retirement age who leaves now will be a great loss (possibly with a few exceptions lol). Will also be interested to see if any young people take the package and go, and what they say after they’ve left and got their references. Of course, the workload will just get dumped on those of us left and that should be pleasant! I predict we’ll be rewarded for all our hard work with an ugly CareerScape... probably something tactless like a face mask or a bust of MW. It will be a failed attempt to distract us from the worst STIP in history.

Week of June 8. Anytime between Monday morning and Friday afternoon. If it is towards the end of the week, how many times will “refresh” be hit on Outlook during the week?
Me too! Time for a fresh start. Please pick me. I hope I wake up on Monday morning with an email in my box. I don't know if I can wait til Friday.
The info indicates employees will be notified week on June 8th
Pick me! Pick me! For the love of God, PLEASE pick me. I’m checking my email every 5 minutes (even though it’s my day off) hoping to see an email stating I was chosen. I feel like I’ve always been a good employee, but the past few years have just completely drained me. Time for a fresh start.
I am impatiently waiting to find out if my number is up😀
Surely there must be some rumblings of lotteries ... or not.
As long as Infrastructure Planning is retained, a random lottery for the rest of the company would suffice just fine.
