Covid-Related losses

Has anyone heard if there will be Kaiser Colorado workforce reductions/layoffs due to Covid?

Will be interesting to see Kaiser's Q2 report, since Q1 loss was 1.1 billion!

That doesn't make sense. Kaiser has already announced a 1.1 billion net loss nationally in the first quarter, and Colorado has relayed internally that there are significant losses in membership revenue at this point. Unemployment causes folks to lose their health benefits!

No losses due to COVID. COVID is classified as force majour, or act of God, so the insurance companies pay nothing on any claims due to COVID. In fact, COVID is a boom to insurance companies, because they will still raise premimums and also get cash bailouts from taxpayers. Win Win!
