Management is a joke. Why do you need 4 Directors and a VP who brownnosed his way to the top? Still hoping for a package because common sense left this department a long time ago.

I’ve been saying lay off VPs since saying it about San Antonio VPs. It’s SSSSOOOO long overdue.
Exactly, lay off about 4-5 more field guys to save a Director's livelihood. No money to buy squat yet we expand on the supply chain side
That IS the logical next step. Which means it is likely not in the plan at all.
Management has to be the next to go. Now that every team has been cut to the bone, there is a huge surplus of managers. Some only have 2 people reporting to them. How's that make any sense? I'd bet the next step is to consolidate groups and lose half of the managers or more. They've just kept them around this long to make them do the dirty of work of letting everyone else go first.
The company is, what, 1500 people. Right? Why do we have a VP for every group and multiple Directors in any team? Absurd.
Few of these people would qualify as Manager at top employers.
