Yeah, same money. They have to get it while the getting is good. It won’t last but they are still making money. You would be crazy to think they didn’t.
Now, the real matter at hand. What campus gets the axe this year? My bet is that it will be Exton.

@rzjq+15iyCn9R Same money coming in? Do you have any vision of reality? Let's see if the higher ups disclose our financial performance since the quarter just ended.

You guys complain a lot. Just be happy for your jobs. Maybe you will get your bonus back this year? The “Economic Headwinds” are easing and UTI is doing very well with all this COVID training. Paying less money out, same money coming in. Little [email protected]@rd students not deficating on the walls ect........ Someone is making money. You guys have it made. Money for nothing, dummy’s for free.

All you complainers are correct, UTI management for the past 10 years has s—ed. We would have been much better off being led by the brain trust of Corinthian, ITT, DeVry etc. Oh wait . . .

How many times do I have to say it. We, I mean they are not going to get sued.
No money to pay just like the poor students don't have money to hire a lawyer.

Remember, put butts in seats. That should have been the motto.

We will put your butt in a seat. But, give us your wallet so you dont end up with back problems from sitting on it.

First we sacrificed the education for your money. Now, we are willing to sacrifice your health.

If UTI gets sued it’s going to be for tuition refunds.

UTI will not get sued. Nothing will happen. Just go to work.

Know your role, shut your hole.

That would be a worthless lawsuit as UTI has no money to pay a judgement or even defend itself. We're heading for bankruptcy. So much for that annual report that says we are gaining "traction."

UTI will be sued if someone dies over virus. I am sure students are documenting things and talking among each other. Colleges across the country closed down and lost millions over this and even when they open up in fall it will be online and very limited classroom work. Enrollments will go down and drops will go up. UTI will eliminate HS/Field Representatives after the summer start as those reps will not have high start numbers and will not be able to get into High Schools until a vaccine. UTI will not carry those high paid reps with little results.

Sadly UTI continues to do their own thing even though there are confirmed cases in at least 3 campuses now Rancho, NC, and AZ. They like to quote the CDC when it benefits them, then ignore them when it doesn't. They don't want to shut down at all to sanitize or even clean. Just a "nothing to see here" attitude. They tell us that as long as no one was near them for over 15 minutes at closer than 6 feet we are good. That's an easy call to make from an office in the other side of the building because they aren't the ones standing next to them in our labs. Students don't feel safe. Who can blame them. But what choice do they have.

Enrollments are very low and many students did not return after the shutdown. I hear some campuses with a capacity of 1200 only had about 750 before the shutdown. They have 400 ish now.
I also hear classes are being completed with the students only being on campus for one week to complete the labs and all tests for a 3 week course.
Their graduates will suffer. They will learn half of what they did before. More under prepared students entering the workforce.
It is going to be a slow slide down for them.

UMM on the no lawsuits comment you may want to learn the law. You do realize the Republicans are trying to get a bill passed through the House so businesses cannot be sued do to the virus. If there is documentation of covid 19 positive infected students or teachers then according to the CDC recommended guidelines you need to close place for a few weeks and sanitize it. Even the chick fil a's of the world have been following those guidelines if employees infected. You will be sued and this is a written record. Thanks for letting us know what campus this happened at.

Any word on how fall enrollments are holding up? I’m actively looking to get out. It’s going to be bad.

There will be no lawsuits. UTI have done the recommended practices to keep the students safe and does not force them to be there. Quit your whining and get your a$$e$ back to work.
You are not pivotal to our mission. With the “new normal” we have to many instructors as it is. If HO finds out who is whining, you will be shown the door. Just move on if you don't like it.

Rancho Cucamonga has a confirmed COVID positive case. Instructors received the news around noon today. I wonder if the so called home office leadership team will actually send out a communication to the rest of the student pop?
Students are literally there now without a clue, yet no communication warning students. Hush hush! I guess it’s a secret.

Absolute unbearable Bull Sh$t!!!!!

Which locations have confirmed Covid cases?

by
|
Post ID: @9juu+15iyCn9R

Well if confirmed case that is documented and others get it then they will have a major lawsuit against UTI. I would document the case and date and time and to whom reported and use when necessary. I am not a covid freak but many students could have immune issues.30

We already have a confirmed case on our campus. Labs haven't skipped a beat.

There is no way to implement this at scale effectively. Employers aren't happy with the product we are putting out now. Imagine what it will look like when these ill-prepared students enter the workforce.

The bigger deal is students are just not going to be willing to pay for classes in this format. Our enrollment numbers are completely going to tank.

Don’t forget to mention the MSAT’s that are walking away in droves. Navistar was the latest to show themselves the door.
Hear that flushing sound, it’s coming from Scottsdale. Down the tubes.

It wont work. We tried that 10 years ago and it was a failure. I was involved in the rollout of the tech 2 curriculum and what we have now was the idea. Online classroom and in person labs. The students did not learn anything from the online. When they showed up for the labs, They were very unprepared. This caused the instructors to spend alot of time in the classroom going over what they should have learned online. The failure rate was huge and instead of bringing the student up to the expectation, someone whose name sounds like Lame Flamer chose to lower the standard to what the student could handle and still pass. It was a huge mess and a waste of millions of dollars.
Men and Dave had the right idea but are long gone. The dream of transforming UTI was lost when they left.
