If you bring up an issue be prepared to be silenced. Never make a IT architect, Service manager or Technology engineer look incompetent. Or lose your job or be move in an IT transformation cloak of needing you elsewhere, the open door policy scam is to weed out th resistance.
State Farm is the epitome of diversity without inclusion. FACT!
The most “diverse” protests in history, or the most destructive? Someone robbing and looting Walmart and setting fire to a beauty parlor cares only about themselves.
SF has blatantly discriminated against many. I personally have heard: You don't "fit in". Don't you understand it is whether they like you or not. The good ol boy cronyism is alive and well at SF. If you don't believe this and you are not willing to admit it, you are the problem and not the solution.
No. But id–ts posing questions like this will.

Jake from SF!!
No, these were the most diverse protests in history-which is an encouraging sign. Now, if you grew up in a small midwestern community it probably seems scary......
oh no. it's started by state farm in discussing "systemic" racisim. all things whitey are bad...all things blacky are good.
Jeez. Find something else to do rather than start more sh– on here.
