Talking about racism is cool right now, except for the racist. It's good to be white at Nielsen. POC, Nielsen is just pandering. Nothing will change. They just don't want you burning down the company or starting lawsuits. Either be an obedient worker with a place to live. health care etc or be a homeless freedom fighter. Your choice.
Kenny's social justice warrior BS is just a ploy to distract employees from how they are treated by his management team. A couple of those all-hands speakers at the racism meeting really want revenge. Watch out for them if you're their target.
