Sales goal was once 42 and this month its 123 meaning you will struggle all month just to barely make a check. Goals are ridiculous leading to mass burn out of sales staff in the DRCs.

These high goals are forcing otherwise good employees to write bad business just to avoid write ups... This will come back to bite liberty mutual when these bad policies come home to roost.
