They got rid of 140 more ppl in June 2020. But they don’t go to the root of the problem when they do it.
HWE ROTP. Root of the problem.
The entire hardware team in saint Pete got let go today including the department director. Saint Pete location is SUNK!
Today is St Pete's day. Engineering to be specific.
Any word on if the layoffs are complete yet or not? Haven't heard anything since Monday. This is crazy. They have us all polishing up our resumes. They just re-orged Engineering again about month ago for he 2nd time in a year. They haven't given any information or re-org chart for that yet either. Where is the leadership here??
They got a bunch of people in Pittsburgh this morning, I haven't been able to get info on who but it's in the manufacturing plant and I don't know anyone over there.
They need to look at Italy and other foreign locations. and their limited production. Consolidate locations to the US locations (Covid19). There are also too many layers of upper management. Hopefully this will be the last of the layoffs and the stabilization of. the company.
140 people but they are taking 4 days to do it. Going to be a rough week knowing how they tend to dump useful people and keep the people that do nothing so you never know if its coming.
