Do we have any idea what's in store for us this week? More layoffs or no?

That's hard to believe because they hired a guy who runs recruitment services who has a reputation of managing layoffs
Run the company like Univ of Phx have layoffs like Univ of Phx
This company should rid itself of all former UOP management - They have NO clue what they are doing
They continue to recycle old idea after old idea
First wave? Isn't this like the 40th wave? But let's pretend we're shocked by it and it doesn't make sense and it was handled poorly and good people were let go. Truly shocking!
I’ve been told that ASU is being phased out by starting with corporate partners (done) and the next step will be by state. Starting soon, all students that are from 2 states near Arizona, will be enrolled by the EdPlus team, not Pearson. That will quickly grow as states are transitioned until Pearson is no longer enrolling for any states.
Marketing cuts are coming next, then cuts to student support services. Then the fun starts again immediately after Fall enrollment. Phase 2 will likely be 20%.
There will be nothing more this week. The next group to be impacted will be marketing. At that point, POLS will need all the manpower they have to get through the final quarter of the year. Layoffs will come again in late August to account for any budgets missed and minimize losses on the books. Everyone basically has a 60 day head start to begin looking now and be prepared for what is to come. It is absolutely a guarantee that POLS will have a reduction in workforce again come mid-late August.
Do you really think management would actually tell you if there were more lay offs and cause panic? Wake up. They may not come this week, but if you don't think POLS will slowly be dismantled in the coming months then you are ignorant.
Not that I know of. Several of the leaders stated that there were no plans for this to just be the first wave, but who really know?
