I don't understand how this board became so dumb. Whistelblow what exactly? Browsing the internet or just goofing off is a crime? No crime was committed, just laziness, laziness is not a crime buddy.

You don’t have to use company internet. You can use your own device and do all that on company time and stay under the radar.

Dude, do you really think Broadcom would not know that already? This isn't 1995. They flat out tell you they watch all network traffic. They also watch productivity. That said, if you are producing I doubt they give a c-ap what your browser history is, but if you are slacking you are likely already on the list so it doesn't really matter.
