I'm a 1st shift guy who has came in the last several days and tons of freight still on the floor. Boxes put in front of the shelve on the floor in the aisles. Not to mention managers have informed me they fired 75 percent of their night crew the other day. What's wrong with this place. 150 irps in tools is ridiculous.
As a former employee of the company, I really feel your pain, at times like this it really makes me realize that I retired at the perfect time. When the current ceo took over I really thought (as a LOT of people did) that the new person they put in the position was really going to help the company. Boy did we all get fooled, and of course not to be judgemental, but he's always incinuated that he's a christian. I guess that the meaning of being one has changed drastically. As it turns out, he surely doesn't look out for the associates like he should, but instead looks out for everyone but them. As most people know, the bottom line is it's all about the precious bottom line.
