I understand these times are trying our souls." - Are you referring to the global pandemic and other world events here, or the fact that you just keep laying people off and increase the pressure on those that are left here?

"We work hard, care for our families and our friends" - Yes WE do work hard...that the f**k do you do?

"We despise injustice in all of it's virulent forms" - Yes we do, we despise many things.

"We have expanded our business and integrated a host of different races, religions, s-xual orientations and gender identities." - Not really sure what the point of this comment was but okay, good for you, I mean this should go without say and should have been happening long ago.

"We are proud of the progress of all our people and we distribute raises, bonuses and equity on a ratable basis, globally" - HAHAHAHA, oh wait you was being serious!? Like f**k do you! It's all take take take with you!

"SS&C is a worldwide enterprise and we treat all of our employees with dignity and respect" - ...................LIKE F**K DO YOU!!!!

"We also believe we present superior education and training opportunities. SS&C does not discriminate against any person......." - Blah blah blah, lies, lies, lies, you're boring me now....DELETE!

You have to be brain dead to read a Bill Stone company wide e-mail and not immediately want to commit hari kari. Which would you rather do...spend 5 minutes reading this mindless drivel, or read a movie review of "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" written by a 10 year old? I think the latter would have more insights that the former.

Talk about draining the swamp of corrupt companies. This company should be at the top of the list. They acquire companies to rape their assets and float fictitious loans. This swamp needs to be drained and leave the predators on dry land.

No organization grows as a Bill Stone company. Any company they acquire shrinks, shrinks and then shrinks more to were it is only a company in paper and shell of an organization. Stock manipulation can only go so far. He is running out of fuel for his stock manipulation organization. Shell corporations like SS&C do not last continually.

Bill Stone cares nothing about your human existence. If you are not rolling in the cash for him he is not interested. He goes through leaders if they show any human compassion or exhibit any caring of the people they manage. Health Solutions is a good example. Presidents have been hired in the health solutions division and let go quickly as they produced business plans to make dollars and increase employee satisfaction. He does not promote the employee satisfaction portion if any investment is required.

Layoffs will COVID-19 fault while now unemployment is no longer a positive spin. He s gunnning for a sizable cost cutting measure in q3/q4 as it looks bleak.

I am not sure why he sent this. Charity or employee’s wellness has never been important. They don’t advocate those things because it hurts the bottom line and is $$ out of his pocket. The health plans have limited coverage for same s-x couples and charity is nonexistent or in a different form like sponsoring events for business leads instead. Most of the offices will need to be downsized due to remote work and avoid the $$ of cleaning due to Covid 19. Cost cutting or savings is priority. He probably should have not sent it out as it goes against his beliefs.

If indeed this does translate to 'massive layoffs coming', then I am more than happy to continue sitting back and doing sweet f**k all and getting paid for it, as most people have been doing for a long time. I just really hope that I am included on the cut list this time round! I envy the ones that got made redundant last time around, it's their last week this week, what a feeling that must be!

He’s begun the chainsawing the DST carcass and wants to rid of the office spaces as much as possible. Nothing will be spared. They are already in talks about breaking the leases so it makes sense to save more$$. Keep the cash and buy more competition. Cut cut and then cut if they don’t achieve the savings

This is smacks of conservative knee-jerk reaction as-if to say - SS&C are caring and not racist.

Its interesting to see that the company website carries not one single initiative to combat black inequality or consider diversity as an issue. Bill you need to put your hand in your pocket and pull out the $$$ and drive initiative from the top-down through all departments not just the HR border guards.

A single pithy email composed late after minimal consideration is not going to cut it - email sent after 1900 says a lot about how much focus is given to this on Bill's agenda (last minute thought..).

Too little. Too late. You are kidding no-one Bill.
