I will start: fire Christmann.

If CEO didn’t get fired for wasting Billions on AH, he won’t now, with Suriname discoveries under his belt.
That is a logical decision. Last I checked, Apache wasn't in the business of making logical, rational business decisions. Apache is in the business of preserving JC's paycheck and status without regard to the underlying business success under his tenure.
Nothing will change until the CEO either: [1] leaves on his own behalf (unlikely), [2] an activist investor forces a board change (again, unlikely, since the whole energy industry has had a terrible track record this past decade), [3] (potentially) leaves due to a buyout/merger, or [4] he is forced out by either criminal investigation or serious scandal. Should a serious accident happen in Suriname, it would be interesting to see if he would take the fall or throw EV and/or TOTAL under the bus. Regardless, he'll probably be CEO for a while.
