Seems like we’ve been hearing for ages that the PE hogs running this company are looking to sell. Any idea when this will be? And what severance looks like??

Veritas Capital (former owner of Keypoint and Vencore) has filed paperwork with a 60 day window to make an offer for Perspecta. https://washingtontechnology.com/articles/2021/01/08/perspecta-veritas-potential-deal.aspx
There it is..buckle up. Thoughts?

Before a house is sold owners try to dress it up to increase the price. Do you see unusually aggressive competing for contracts to increase the portfolio? The activist investor made noises about selling the company off as parts. Are you seeing divestment of assets to increase financial position? Are you seeing a reduction in the number of physical sites, maybe linked to remote work?
You're going to end up unemployed before you know it. Get out of there.
Found something online by searching... but I'm not sure this applies to the "normal" employee:

You'll get the very least they can get away with. You've been warned.
7-24-20 Aware of 3 layoffs all from the former HP>HPE>DXC>USPS sector (former EDS). It was USPS money that purchased Vencore and Key Point but USPS staff have never been treated like part of the company. Split, spin and merger each time the new company was happy to get their hands on USPS contracts and money but sadly the staff have been treated exponentially worse with each change.
I doubt it.
