This company has experienced so many President level leadership changes it is in a constant state of unorganized confusion. Multiple Presidents of Health Solutions in the last year has taken its toll.

DST other groups are having the same issues. Is there no end in sight to the cost cutting? It’s going take years to integrate the groups across ss&c
A company is unpredictable when the ultimate head of the organization is an alcoholic. The people around Bill Stone say they have not seen him sober in years. An organization can not survive being ran on alcoholism decisions.
The constant change is hard on us. We hope for change for improvement but it continues to just get worse. More layoffs, needed people leaving, pay cuts or no raises, workload increases for those of us remaining. It is a depressing place.
The major problem for us the employees is SS&C just uses us. They care nothing about us. Employee moral is very low. Most of us would leave if we had another job to go to.
Constant acquisitions to endless cost cutting. Ss&c operates with volatility, this instability causes the stock to remain low. Smart investors run from unstable and unpredictable companies. Big investors don't care how many jobs you offshore to cut cost. If a company's actions show it will remain volatile so will it's long term profitability.
