Stores are being introduced to their new headcounts which are substantially heavy on part-time. We were told repeatedly that we would not be adopting the T-Mobile method of leaning on part-time but here we are.
Initially employees are going to be shuffled around locations for stores to get close to the count. I’m told employees have no choice as long as the move is within a certain radius. This will be going alongside placing “integration experts” for 90 days in various locations so some employees may be under the impression that they’re assisting with that and that their relocation is temporary. I imagine they’re fine if some chose to quit.
After that, it’s pressure on stores for high accountability on all employees in stores that are still over count.
