Thread regarding Lenovo layoffs

Toxic

I left because of the toxic work culture. In my experience, the environment is abusive and emotionally traumatizing. Even after leaving I still have trauma from dealing with the abuse. Some people are able to get away from any accountability while some go through pyschological abuse and long work hours night and day. There is no compassion or empathy and filled with narcissism. Terrible place atleast where I was.

The other posts are true. I was verbally harassed by the manager + director's favorite employees for months and months; the day I pushed back, I was the one who was let go. The manager and director (both from IBM) never even asked me for my side of the story, they just decided I was at fault and cut me. On top of all this, they put me on a blacklist, so I can never be hired at Lenovo ever again.

No worries. A young executive died in his office because of the cess pool of Lenovo. Never let an employer that will replace you in 5 minutes be the end of your life. Some have to s— it up in this environment, but be looking for a new career. Get started now so you can give the 1-finger salute and no notice as you walk out the door.

I feel this post 100%. I have a mental list of people I worked with/worked for at Lenovo that I would not hesitate in k–ling if I knew I could get away with it.
