Adtalem will lay you off and pretend they care. Human Resources employees are corrupted especially the wicked witches Donna and Nancy. Karma will meet them one day, and don’t get me started on the two TA leaders they are inseparable and only promotes themselves. They are all incompetent. The TA/HR team leads with fear, intimidation, and lack integrity. Adtalem will lay you off and pretend they care. This post is unfortunately accurate, even if "corrupt" isn't the right word. Hard to believe anyone considering a job at Adtalem wouldn't research the history of layoffs (they reduce staff like clockwork - about every 4 months) and lack of career growth at this company. An earlier comment asks about the November 2019 layoffs in IT. Multiple other IT leaders left on their own before and after. The CIO turns over his management almost every 2 years. Why would anyone want to work there? Do your research on LinkedIn, look who is there and how long they've been there. And who is no longer there and how short their time was. This is not a good place.
I didn't want to believe it was corrupt while working there for over a decade, but they proved me wrong when a few years back they went on a mafia like witch hunt to dig up "cause" for essentially expressing my honest and open opinion (along with about 400 others) on a financial aid matter related to outcomes. My error - I actually cared about the school's reputation. The last straw for me was even after the $100M fine was paid, they completely ignored not just poor outcomes, but allowing students with a history of financial aid abuse into the system to borrow even more they would never pay. This race to the bottom admission standard was the epitome of corruption.
