Prior to the layoffs last month I believed I would be one of those fortunate ones to be passed over. I kept telling my wife not to worry because for years I had always been a top performer who exceeded yearly goals. How wrong I was. This company doesn’t care about employees. I still can’t believe these layoffs occured after having record number revenues. It’s no wonder I feel betrayed.

How do you like that Ohana now? What a load of c-ap.
Salesforce people are overpaid. period. the company is running 10 year old tech, buying companies to add to the confusions and has created a massive patchwork of systems.
Salesforce is now like SAP. It's turned itself into an enterprise must-have, but if you were starting a company today, you would steer clear of anything Salesforce related.
Not the only company doing this. Productivity and quality no longer matters. Employees are considered a liability and lowering liability costs so that the stock price will stabilize or go higher is all that matters to upper executives in too many companies. It is not even a matter of keeping a company afloat anymore.
