Leveraged buyout. The parts of Walden are worth more than the whole. Look for them to piece it apart / strategically sell based on debt
If you can’t succeed with DeVry, I guess the thinking is that, somehow, Walden will somehow be different. Despite Waldens dismal loan profile. And very likely, DeVos being gone. Trying the same thing but expecting a different outcome? Note ATGE’s recent stock price performance, -40%.
Walden was purchased for 1.48
BILLION. Where is adtalem getting that much money?
