I haven't received any information from the management on BONUS for the year 2019. I was part of the USR home office and now no longer works there. Just want to make sure that its everyone didn't received it or its just me.

Bonuses in some cases are NOT a benefit if part of your compensation package. As mentioned in my earlier post, especially if in MA follow-up with an employment lawyer. I did follow-up with an employment lawyer prior to signing any legal severance document to ensure I would receive my bonus and as a person over 50 years of age. My suggestion - only take advise by a legal expert in employment law if you are entitled or not on your compensation.
Bonus was paid out in May I think I was on furlough when I got it.
Bonuses are a benefit there is no legal requirement to pay them
Suggest you contact an employee lawyer if you were there the entire fiscal year. I know when I was RIF'd two weeks before the end of the fiscal year in 2018, I consulted an employment lawyer and was told I would have a good case if Staples didn't pay me my bonus. https://www.maemployeerights.com/attorney/john-regan/
I was there for the full year 2019 with USR. I left in the end of April-May 2020. I am eligible for the bonus. Its a scam, if I don't get it. Definitely going to take the matter with the HR.
If you left before bonus payout you will not receive it.
