I do the shipping at my RF store. Unlike Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc we have no supplies, and no support. We don’t have clean shipping boxes or polybags. We can’t order them, either, because they just never come. We have to scrounge up whatever receiving hasn’t thrown in the compactor that’s day yet since we aren’t allowed to stockpile boxes because it, quote my RM, “looks unprofessional.” We don’t have airbags or bubble wrap, again, we save whatever we can get our hands on. We don’t have the fancy tape with the BBB logo on it, and apparently can’t get it, we keep requesting it and it never comes. BUT we get screamed at because we aren’t using it. On a good day we “only” get around 20-22, when we’re supposed to be capped at 15, but in a bad day it’s more like 40. 40 customer direct ships going out in beat up and patched up recycled boxes, with that cheapo tape they buy that won’t stick and peels off in transit. I’m surprised that orders actually get to the customer. Compared to any other true omni retailer BBB isn’t even trying to compete. BBB isn’t even trying to keep up, or maintain a standard. All we’re telling customers is that we don’t give a f**k about them.
I would tell anyone to order through anyone but BBB. You’ll get it a) faster, and b) in one piece if you order it anywhere else.
