Magalli is having cross training among COS, H&W and TAM so all 3 departments can take any and all calls. Still will expect accuracy and providing correct information. THIS is not going to work. Too many different applications and processes involved for this to work. We will then lose COS, H&W and TAM and employees as they will get burned out as not really knowing their jobs.

Will it actually fail or will they allow enough time for the cross training so that people can handle the clients? Also - what other posts were deleted from here? how can they do that?
Wow, they really pruned the whole comment tree from this...so much for anonymous unmoderated discussion. Looks like anything that gets to close to home gets deleted
Deleted posts again? Why? Must be a little sensitive, eh? Isn't it fair to say that the desire to hire Indians by ADP over Americans is a bad plan? Moving jobs to India and harming long time dedicated ADP employees to "save" a couple bucks is happening daily and she should move herself and idea over to India and run things there, right?
