But on the employee side? Yawn another leadership change. Glad I kept my slides and emails so we can on board ANOTHER leadership team, without wasting all those hours again.

There's literally nothing you can do to turn this thing around. The business is hobbled by legacy applications, anyone with talent left long ago. Hiring talent is impossible due to reputation. Costs are huge, expertise walked.

Best part is ss&c health pays people just to ask other people doing the work why something did'nt go perfect to plan. What a useless waste of money.

It’s funny how Health Solutions keeps performing lessons learned sessions after every failed project and still continues to make the same mistakes and miscalculations time and time again. It would be nice if the new management asked for those lessons learned and then asked this: who was responsible for fixing it, what was the plan for fixing it and when was it fixed?
Pretty sure they wouldn’t like the responses they got.

Agreed with below. Who in their right mind would want to work for such a lousy place that will dump their [email protected]@ the first second they can. There's more to a job than a mediocre bonus. Nearly anyone wants at least some security. They won't find it at ssnc.

Correct. You have lost the human resource talent to pull off another change. Talented healthcare IT professionals are needed to revive this organization. The organization has a very bad reputation with healthcare IT professionals in the industry and with clients and users. Professionals in this industry do not trust this organization. Clients do not trust this organization due to repetitive none delivery of commitments and breech of agreements. How do we get past this ? No one wants to work for this organization or continue to do business with us.
