Anyone familiar with long term managers stepping down. They grandfathed back to 47.5 hours as a sup and their pay before? Or they forced to go to 40 at the cap pay now?

This may be a little off topic but does anyone know what’s going to happen to topped out ft people without keys??? I know...living on borrowed time...just asking if anyone may know.
For pay- it all depends on what your hourly break down is. I know one ASM who made the same as a super hourly because they worked the 50 hours instead of the 45. They stepped down to an ops sip position because they saw some writing on a wall In their store. They now work 40 hours a week and their pay hourly stayed the same because it was voluntary, and they proposed it versus being forced. If they force you, you will lose out.
Does anyone know what happens to the pay? Are they allowed to drop you back to what you made before promotion or you have to be dropped to the cap amount because thats a huge difference if you were making alot more then the cap as a dept sup
40 hours no ot... it was explained to us when they made us cone off of salary.
I know a couple that have stepped down. They were cut to 35-40 hours plus a small pay cut on top
Ive heard nothing, need to find put, i was hoping someone else already had gone through it
So, I'm thinking about stepping down myself. I'm afraid to ask the question...because of what the company would do??? "Thank You for your time, but at this point we would have to leave you go"
What have you heard?
So apparently they dont grandfather anyone who was a 47.5 hour sup before
40 hours at your hourly rate. No OT pay.
