We have a mask mandate by state and company but we have no backing from managers. We are to let it go. I'm not helping anyone without a mask.

So, I have to comment on the mask issue. I'm a manager in Florida, and yes we have had to ask a very few to wear one. Most say that they just forgot it in the car, no issue. And we offer them one, with a glove on if they need. I thought the mandate would be a problem, but I was wrong. It's just the way you approach the situation. If you don't feel comfortable about doing so, pass the bus to your LOD.
did u really think any manager working for the BBB family of stores was gonna say anything? LOL mandate or not they dont give a rats a$$ about anyone who works there or other customers who may be compromised as long as they make that sale , CTS gotta make as much $$ as possible before they are sold so MT can line HIS pockets so they wont say a thing either
No one wants to go viral, all you can do is ask and hope the customer doesnt cause a scene. All they have to say is they "have a medical condition" and it's free game to complain, trust me I've already gotten two office talks about being "less" abrasive towards the non maskers. This job makes me hate people so much. You either get people complaining someone isnt wearing a mask or someone complaining about wearing a mask, we don't make anything in pay and certainly not enough to be the mask police.
It's all a joke to make company look like they care. Just care about $$$$$
