I'm sure it was about one year ago to the day when the official announcement was made that Broadcom would buy the enterprise security assets of Symantec. Little was known at the time as to what that would actually mean for thousands of employees. It's true to say the company that it once was has been ripped apart. Stories from partners and those few people that remain does not make it sound like a good place to be at all. Maybe those that were let go were the lucky ones. RIP Symantec!
