Is that not an admin ignorant comparison considering oil salaries in general are above average. XOM is average in comparison to peers.

The board is rightly patrolled by Admins, but there are a few s_itches that go and tag every conversation they don't like with #admin. For all we know they could be company agents, but there are enough trolls around

Thank god for the censorship. Exxon employees are really annoying complaining everytime that they should be paid above average for the rest of their lives.

Not a company owned site, they are not the ones doing it. Site admins are the only ones who can delete posts for rule violation. Check their rules in the footer, make your post kosher and it’ll stick. You can also see the discussion about it here:
