I heard ATI is looking to buy scigames and split it up into several parts, anyone else hear this?

They need to cut staff, and reorganize the debt is out of control. Look at eliminating project management as the job they do is duplicated through out the company. Hardware engineering is over staffed is FA really needed??
Translation: I made this up and now am trying to get it to fly, but will reference 'hearing it' to try and add credibility to it.
ATI is a bit of a mess too right now. Vegas location rumored to be seeing about a 20% reduction in force in early October, a lot of talent will be lost but they're chopping away at veteran talent and reemphasizing focus on younger, cheaper hires. Seeing how well India has performed I question this move. This comes from someone closely linked to HR, so who knows.
8 billion!!! they better start trimming more staff, say VPs and excutives...
8 billion dollars in debt is enough to send ATI screaming for the exits. A buyout is not happening so move along nothing to see here.
