I'm a former employee with 20 years of service and when someone says they blame their employees yes they do in an indirect way by holding insane metric standards against them when they are not met. How can you sell more services to customers who are fed up with services not working properly now? The culture at the company is: if you don't like it leave. They are a souless company. Recently they sent out a "survey" asking if employees feel Altice is an inclusive company or not. They're more concerned about being "woke" then doing what's right by the customers and their employees. It's vicious. But you have to do what's right for you and your family which I did.

It was DPS department of public Serives . Part of the psc. Office of telecommunications chief, network reliability. Again If you want to speak to someone reach out to governor . They will reach back out to you. And the union has done more for me than a stand alone tech has .

Was employed by Altice. I left after 10ys doubled my salary and then some. Still have a couple of years of raises where I am. Can’t complain about the company they pushed me out. Worked everything from field service construction and osp. I have zero stress and I choose my work schedule. I do miss my 6 weeks vacation sick and personal but that’s about it.

Everyone still there should look to get out you are all valuable if your willing to work.
