I've heard Live Nation was furloughing more people in September but here I see some people say they were actually laid off, what's the truth? My wife works for Ticketmaster and she's been worried out of her mind for the past few weeks about furloughs - and now she has to worry about layoffs as well?

I was furloughed in May and laid off in September. Live Nation does that trick where they offer unlimited PTO so when you leave you’re paid nothing.
I was laid off 9/30 after 6 months of furlough.
My husband was laid off on 9/30/2020
