i been a customer of optimum since the dolan days. Service was good, issues here and there but nothing like this. It has gotten aweful. The response times, turn arounds, 2 hour hold times, reschedules, foreign call center conversations to a dead end. They need to hand over their US operations and gtfo back to their foreign lands

Board of public utilities pass the word out if not contact your senator and bombard them with your complaints, enough is enough !
You are pleading with these same officials, that approved the sale to them. They have been bought and paid off, you want to make change vote them out. So this does not happen again. This company has had the reputation of cutting and slashing and these so called government officials were made aware prior to the sale, so they knew exactly what they was getting either find a new provider or vote these comfortable clowns out of office sorry for the bad news stated fact look at this same website prior to the sale and you will see.
