Thread regarding Williams Cos. layoffs

Stock price below 20 again

Means layoffs could be back on the table. May not be a biggie but just enough to feed the p-ss-d off shareholders

Another meeting with a early 20s new hire, that just had lunch with a VP. Tells the VP a portion of the problem, but not the whole story, then it all comes down on us as we are trying to resolve it. HR says to embrace it and learn!
A target on our dept with bad information to initiate it.

WMB down 18% for the year. All other energy piers in the US down >40%. Debt going down as well. All the climate panic is moving investors to other sectors. It’s too bad for energy.

It’s obvious no one commenting here knows what has happened in the SLC office over the past year. The office and management roles for NWP have both been significantly reduced. WMB is fairing much better for the year opposed to its competitors.

If it’s money to be saved, the Williams Northwest Pipeline Salt Lake City, UT Headquarter’s culture of excessively over-stacked and redundant management - needs to be fiscally looked at very closely.

Project stakeholders are scared to ask someone to do their job for the success of the project given the fear of retaliation if that person spins the facts and complains. HR runs to the aid of the lazy and not those trying to do their job in good faith.

Get rid of the E and CBRains, steals everyone’s work and credit for things that weren’t ideas of his own.
