Thank you to stover and smolik for running noble into the ground, cutting 25% of staff a week before chevron purchase announcement. I guess they had to find a source of money to fill their wheelbarrows.

So happy Anonymous “is thrilled”! Just because it worked out for you doesn’t mean it was “the best outcome for all of us”. Quite a lot of people got screwed in the meantime. Your lack of empathy says a lot about your character...or lack thereof.
Read the S-4 documents that were posted to the SEC to show the background of "the merger." You'll see all of the dinners, meetings, flights, and everything else that BS and DS had for 18 months. Yep, pretty much right after the "Meet BS" posters went up all over the Houston office.
Oh, he was at Anadarko until after the Oxy merger was over. Hmmm......
Hey @1fra, I agree with everything you said, but do you actually have any doubts about BS being a ringer? look at when he was hired vs when DS and BOD started shopping the company. If that doesn’t convince you, then look at the result of his tenure at his previous job before Noble.
DS had to leave his mark on Noble! His mark is a long smelly skid stain!
I say good in them for realizing they weren’t capable of running a company successfully, and handing us over to probably the best O&G Co in the US. I know there is no one I’d rather work for. Sometimes running a business isn’t for you. Thank god they got out of the way! Realistically this is the best outcome for all of us. I work for a competent company now! I’m thrilled!
Actually I would kind of like to see their face someplace on the street, but I am sure stover is going to recluse himself to his 10mm Colorado rockies mansion, and smolik is too stupid and arrogant to even acknowledge what his involvement has been to ruin a company and destroy peoples lives. To think how short of a time smolik has even been around but what his payout was is sickening. Almost makes you wonder if he was a ringer from the start.
These clowns should leave town and never show their faces. Might be a good idea to avoid Colorado too.
Executhieves. Pure and simple. The investment community said it loud and clear. Voted against the merger then sold their shares.
It is a crying shame. Amazing how they can sell everyone down the river and smile while they do it. Not a single feeling of remorse.
Criminals, no better way to say it
