We were told in department town hall yesterday that another "second look sweep" of all departments and areas will be done after the dust settles in early 2021. This may result in "hundreds" of additional cuts/layoffs. But more important this is where the new efficiency leaders will begin their work of restructurinokg most areas and where re-alignment and restructuring if personnel into different and re-tooled roles will happen heavily.
While this may result in some additional layoffs the numbers at least initially look to be small but the uncertainty, anxiety, and willingness to change and live into Transformative Growth may just be another adventure to get employees all mentally stressed and worked up in the new year.
