Why would Lowes schedule full time employees different times with different days off? Knowing the store opens the same time every week and with the same amount of hours in the 24 hr day.

Because they Don’t want Full Time Employee’s!!!
They know eventually you’ll quit or they’ll fire you for some bogus BS! Seniority at Lowe’s is a Target on your back.
The random scheduling is the way Lowes discriminates against older employees. It is rough hardly ever having two days off in a row, one weekend off every two months, closes followed by opens, four long days then a short day. Its bad enough being on concrete floors for an eight hour shift, depending on how the days fall, four 9-10 hour shifts in a row can be murder. Lowes wants youthful people with little to no family to interfere with their work life. The new schedule started with Marvin. What easier way is there to maximize shareholder value than to drive out the older, tenured employees and replace them with lower paid twenty somethings who have no memory of all the things Lowes has taken away from it's employees. But, but, the stock price... sure, too bad almost no hourly associates can afford to invest any meaningful amount into the shares.
Because they don't give a sh–, that's why. It shouldn't be this hard to figure out.
What hoops would you jump threw for a buck? That’s the point?
What's your point?
Lowes has no regard for human need it’s all about corporate greed! Some people will bend over backwards for lowes some people drink the lowes kool aide. Take the everyday human need with responsibilities force them to work handicapped hours and days off. My schedule looks like something an inexperienced McDonald’s manager would make up just to fill a calendar. The schedule they make for delivery drivers is in humane a safety hazard I’m glad my lowes career is short lived.
Lowes has changed for the worse! I’d rather be on unemployment! But there are those who will still bend over backwards for lowes probley because they think they made it in the corporate world!
