Why in the world are you not already gone? Or in the least looking for a new job? I left several months ago and despite the pandemic I have pretty decent job security now. The pay might be slightly lower, but that sense of security? Priceless.
This company is going down. Everybody should know that by now. The question isn't if, it's when. Look after yourself and be on your way out or already gone before that happens.

i agree. i got layed off from egencia and expedia years ago. I noticed that they always tend to lay off lots of people at once. They never lay off one or two. Always lay off entire teams or shut down entire offices. Every other day e.com used to realign the organization. never made sence to me as to what they were thinking. but i've learned to conitinue my life and do what i do best. got into music producing and make 87K a year.
