Furloughed workers have been told not to contact the company or any coworkers. The furlough letter also says we are unable to accept any job offered from the company. Now Nielsen is all over the job boards advertising to fill jobs that sound suspiciously similar to jobs they have furloughed. How can this possibly be legal? No word at all to furloughed workers and they are hiring for the same jobs? How low can this company go?

Ahh! Of course ...business as usual for Nielsen
They advertise for the jobs and report they can't hire anyone qualified to justify more H1B labor imports.
