I got one, was told to be quite about it and was told I was the only one on my team who got it.

Same concern here. I feel Micron is a great company for new grads to learn and seniors to enjoy life....definitely not a good fit for me. I would appreciate a more competitive work environment. More efforts, more gain. Zero efforts, zero gain. Covid could be an issue for this year but it doesn't mean that everyone deserves the same IPP. Equity and equality are not equal. I'm grateful that I'm still employed during the pandemic. Thanks Micron...but I will absolutely leave in a couple of years.

Senior tech here: I got 70 RSUs. My boss told me they were for people who would have been 4s in normal times.

Yea. When the HR people came to IMFT before Fab2 transferred to Micron they indicated that Equity grants are more about retention and potential, not rewarding past preformance. My assumption is that 0 RSU is an indication that Micron doesn't care if I'm here next year.

E4 here and got shut out on the RSUs. Despite the good IPP this year, last year's IPP plus RSU grant was a little better than this year. A little disappointing.
