there are so many things that are disappointing about the destruction of what used to be a good solid company at one time. I think one of the more disappointing things will be the inevitable lack of comments on this page, about a company that no longer exists. I do wish the best of luck to the individual contributors of Noble that had their lives destroyed by the ineptitude of the "leadership of tomorrow" (remember when upper management constantly repeated that message?).

"strong balance sheet" and "positioned for the future". lots of bs poured from their mouths while they were out shopping the company around to find a buyer.
Yes, swing over to the Chevron lay-off site. Lots going on there.
I guess we can always go look at the layoff page for Chevron!! but I haven't searched to see if Chevron has a page like this one.
DS and gang had to sell out and fast. Time was their enemy. Under their leadership the longer they waited the lower the stock price would go. Simple math.
Empty promises. DS and crew never cared about the employees. They sold out for a quick buck, because they didn't have enough in their bank accounts. Pure greed.
