Fully agree ! This company is full with jerks.
Sounds about right.
yeah right.. philips is different :D
After torturing their engineers in Sydney with the most toxic, chaotic, and incompetent management to rush this horrid Inova Labs product through to launch, it's a relief to see they're canning the C* project. They flushed the careers of some of their most brightest engineering leaders in Sydney to push this project to Singapore and made numerous useless managers move their lives to Singapore. For the last 2 years, engineers have been warning Resmed's incompetent middle management that a POC system that can perform to the same standard as a hospital setup is too expensive to develop at this stage and the market is saturated.
The CEO and all the legacy product development managers who were pushing for POC to be moved to Singapore need to resign. They're not capable of taking Resmed into the data-driven future. The typical Resmed solution is to throw the engineers in the trash and move the useless people managers into new roles so they can further destroy the company. The differences between Resmed's middle managers and those in Philips or Google or J&J are passion for engineering and inclusiveness. Instead, you get a bunch of (mostly white males) sycophants trying to impress their bosses and ruin the careers of defenseless engineers who express a deep concern in the the business strategy. Generational change (higher younger, smarter and more qualified technology/people leaders) is needed in all levels of leadership!
