I know very few people who are actually happy here (me included) so I have to ask, what's the reason that's keeping you here? For me, it's that I waited for too long to start looking for a new job and now that I am, the pandemic has messed up the job market and I can't even get an interview.
What about the rest of you?
I stay because I really respect and enjoy the people I work with and I would feel horrible leaving them with all my work. We are going to be even smaller with this re-org "GM Model" and each one of us has been working 12+ hours every day already. I can't imagine the torture that would place on my coworkers if I left.
I stay because of the PTO and pay. I also like most the people I work with. If I were to get laid off, I wouldn't be particularly upset about it. I think about leaving all the time.
Waiting for a buyout. I've been saving since the first round of layoffs, knowing more was coming.
Flexible schedule & decent pay....that’s it
I like the people that I work with, flexible scheduling, insurance benefits are good, lots of PTO and decent pay.
Why do I stay? Right now I stay for my coworkers who are working their butts off and who are doing more with less despite what management says.
