So why do we still have dedicated teams to sell and support AA? We need to streamline resources and move AA to standard NA support with the other NA carriers. Remove these unnecessary silos.

How many ADs and EDs and RMs does it take to not sell anything to AA?????
Better yet ask aro AA what their nickname is for CS LOLOLOL
Ask around AA and you find out they cannot stand CT or CS.
We keep as many AA Sales support people around as possible, mainly so our SVP can keep his crumbling empire afloat. The Sales/ADs haven't sold diddly and mainly attend pickle smooching meetings

"Dedicated team" is for sure not there and we've been supporting them with a dedicated team just to fool them up to now... smh
The word dedicated is probably not defined in the contact. Dedicated can mean the person or persons are contacts for AA but not performing exclusive work only for AA.

Excuse my ignorance here, but what Product specifically or contract requires Sabre to provide a “dedicated” team to AA? Can anyone provide a brief summary of this?
Some of the AA dedicated people have been already laid off. Probably the rest will be merged when the contract allows.
