I mean, how does a management team (specifically JC and SR) lead a company into a $3B write down, completely on their watch, and remain employed?

It’s beyond me.

Any employee with a bad performance gets cut in a second... no second chances, unless you’re and Executive or buddies with JC...

Even the WSJ sees the corruption: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wsj.com/amp/articles/shale-companies-had-lousy-returns-their-ceos-got-paid-anyway-11601631002

Bill O'Brien had a 52-48 record in 100 regular-season games and went 2-4 in the postseason. In his first six seasons, O’Brien guided the Texans to four AFC South titles and two playoff victories. He led his team to a 10-6 record in 2019 and won a wild card game.

He lost his Job.

How disgraceful that the Apache CEO is the second highest compensated CEO for the lowest performing company. He an Bill O’Brien started their jobs the same year.

You should think he would have better suits and footwear. And a trainer. Dear Lord, he needs a trainer.

Those are impressive figures.
Just goes to show - if you work hard and have goals and you're inside.
A little nest-egg is yours.
