Rumor has it there will be major leadership change at AECOM in the next few week. Senior people (mostly women) left earlier this year i heard to avoid being pushed out. And now more are going to get axes like division heads and up. it’s about time the company was pretty too heavy with all those fat cats eating big but looks like they are all getting the boot along with us minions in the USA and England. We were better off before AECOM came into the picture. Unclear who will survive this time around but many coworkers are going to competitors or at least trying. Good luck to all of us. I’m sure they’ll just blame corona. Let me know what you’re hearing and what groups. Have to protect each other.

They let go of most of the admin staff in Canada, and there are rumors of them letting go most fo teh financial staff as well, pushing their work onto PM's.
They have to know that wont work long term and are just looking to make the company better to buy out /leaner.
Heard Morris and Badame are out. Is it true? Maybe we are being bought?
