Field service is the face of the company. Having disgruntled employees talking to all your customers is never a good move. If field ain’t happy nobodies happy.

Field service is one step above cleaning the toilets. Don’t act like cutting a fitting, and actually connecting a splitter properly makes you a tech. ISP has forgotten more than you will ever learn.
Hey Boy, ISP still can’t fix their way out off a paper bag. Just change receiver and shut up. Can’t even seat a pad correctly. This is from one that has positioned himself and is not a slave for Altice. Field service will always be the face go get an education child.
Point is.... Boy don’t hate because you didn’t put yourself in a better position career wise. Stopped whining.
Point is f/s deals directly with customer 99 percent of time. Isp you are still AUSA and blame plant for you outages get over yourself. Contractors have always been an issue. Treat you customer facing employees well and you customers will be happy.
