No Money in the Budget for pay rasies

This what we keep hearing in every town hall "No Money in the Budget for pay rasies", well why do we keep seeing all these ZERO dollar Award of performance-vesting SEC Fillings for the board.

If you can pay us in real currency, then give us company stock for ZERO dollar's and allow us to sell it on the open market like the board member's.

@apac+17jT1BWl are you saying staff will get 0% potentially and Mike, ex Accenture staff will get hundreds of thousands in shares and pay?

I dont think his that stupid, how will he go on a town hall if that happens? Nobody will believe a word if that was to happen and the company will fail quickly.

So I think if the workers aren't awarded anything the top will take a pay cut as they already receiving millions. I'm sure it's going to be around 4 - 6% for levels upto 7.

Raises and Mike is a good fellow sh– he sits in his meeting with the new administration and tell them what a piece of sh– HPE and CSC employees are that is a fact. DXC is about to go out of fire sale as Mike never wanted to turn it around it is worth more in pieces that as a whole.

This company is really lucky that COVID happened. A lot of people who would have bailed, are now just waiting for the shaky job market to settle and see how bad the recession is going to get. Mike and all his Accenture friends are 'slash and burn' con artists.

Mike's a fair fellow, I'm sure if theres no money for pay rises his going to announce that the executives are going to take a pay cut to show leadership from the top.

There will be pay rises, but only for the dead wood ex Accenture executives who are past thier sell by date and need big pay to fund their luxury retirement.

For the masses it's probably the usual you dont deserve one excuse put in other words "we dont have the money at the moment"

Micheal should be brave enough to come to a town hall and say people will get rises if he believes that he has started to turn this company around.

I have been too busy to waste time listening to our "leaders".

“Shame on them.“

No, shame on you. To repeatedly be denied a raise is either because you are incompetent and do not deserve one, or you are too timid or lazy to go find a better job.

@umj+17jT1BWl - Your assertion is mostly true.

However, any management team that refuse to give their employees cost of living increases over many years either have:

a) No morals.
b) Genuinely believe they are more important than the true wealth creators in the company.
c) Don't care about employees and just want to make money whilst they can.
d) Don't care about the customers for the same reason.
e) Don't give a monkey's about the company's long term future (they'll be resting in Palm Beach by the time it folds).
f) All of the above.

We all know this company is doomed. What makes those of that remain angry is it didn't have to be this way. Endless good will has been abused and exploited by a greedy avaricious few at the top. Shame on them.

Still no changes; improvements for the people on the ground, the top management always seem to get the pay and the perks.

If theres no money for rises whose paying all for all the Accenture new execs on massive salaries and shares. Load off bull theres no money for rises after 10 years who are they trying to fool?

They need to be giving stocks options to normal staff, decent companies do that so that staff have a share and are more driven to the success of the company.

Mike staff bieng your biggest asset make it happen 5% of salary in shares bonus.

You get zero, because you accept zero. The company pays you only what they need to keep you. Because you stay, even after years of no increase, you get what you deserve.
