Dairy pure brand will go away by beginning of next year everyone going back to private label
Who cares. Kenos milk will still taste like trash Roberts milk
Better article then the one that got posted and then removed. Again, nothing to see here, not new sale, just DFA eliminating the toxic Dean Foods and Dairy Pure labels and replacing them with Kemps.
Well the link to the article about this that has now been removed from this thread never once stated that there was any kind of sale from DFA to Kemps. It implied that the sale was from Dean Foods to Kemps. Just a newspaper not understanding the dairy business and printing a PR piece by DFA whose real purpose was to let customers know to expect to see Kemps in the stores soon instead of Dean Foods labels.
It's a shell game. Now executives can act like they made a profit and give themselves a bonus just as they did as Dean foods executives. Award yourself bonuses until you have to file bankruptcy again!! What a scam !!!
Kemps (legal name Kemps LLC) is an American dairy company. It has been a subsidiary of Dairy Farmers of America since being purchased in 2011 from HP Hood LLC.
Ummm...DFA owns Kemps...this is a branding change only.
Crazy how that works huh? Deans sells to DFA for pennies on the dollar then flips it to Kemp’s for a profit. More plants will be next.
